6% on Hotlink

There was 5% as of last year,
Till Mr Gov comes along to raise funds,
Apparently Mr Gov has been leaking on a regular basis,
So it's 6% as of this year.

And what does Mr Hotlink do?
Pass the 6% to the prepaid user,
Take it all, says Mr Hotlink!

Price of bread increasing? Check!
Price of petrol increasing? Check!
Price of electricity increasing? Check!
