The Hardest Of 'em All

For the past week, I've been staying home and brushing up on my home-making skills.
Yes, I've been cooking, sweeping, mopping, and so forth.

I have to admit that it is not easy being a homemaker. Especially when you have to iron!!!!

Ironing, in my humble opinion, is the most challenging of the lot.
A good iron means :

  • No creases
  • Neat folds
  • Shirts are buttoned up and pants are buckled up

And, I have to endure Double Heat; i.e. heat from the iron and heat from the evening Kulim sun!

I was once chided (if its too harsh to say that) by a certain lecturer, when I told him that I wanted my future wife to be a homemaker. Well, perhaps he thought that I wanted her to do all the work at home.

That's not the case for me, because I know how hard and demanding the task of running a household is. I can do the work also.

I take this opportunity to salute all homemakers especially my mother because she's the one who taught me all these stuff.

Well, gotta go iron... Ciaoz!
